Back in 2015, when SLSC was just a twinkle in Bibes' eye, his Welsh mates Ga & Pugs tried their hands at making a chilli jam. Little did they know that they had created a masterpiece and its top-secret recipe remains unchanged to this day. Chilli Willi Jam is sweet, sticky, just a little bit spicy and hugely versatile. We're yet to taste much better and chuffed they've shared their secrets with us for our range!
